Summary:
As a Business Architect, your typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. You will engage in capturing high-level requirements and shaping business solutions that align with organizational goals. Your role includes translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and designing effective operating models. Additionally, you will support transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of business architecture artifacts to stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business transformation methodologies and operating model design.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
