In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating the existing business environment to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The role requires translating complex business needs into effective technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect plays a crucial part in supporting organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of significant initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in designing and implementing business solutions that integrate with technology platforms.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and lead initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
