Additionally, the role supports transformational efforts by crafting detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders and teams to drive successful outcomes.

- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business strategies are effectively translated into actionable plans.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Planning & Forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends for accurate forecasting.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies that align with business objectives.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sales plans with broader business initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex sales forecasts and plans to diverse audiences.
- Competence in using sales and forecasting tools to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Sales Planning & Forecasting.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
