Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value for the organization. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to gather and understand high-level requirements, then shaping these insights into comprehensive business solutions. The position also involves designing operating models that align with strategic goals and supporting organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases. Throughout the day, the Business Architect collaborates closely with multiple teams to ensure that key initiatives are effectively implemented, driving meaningful change and continuous improvement within the business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of business architecture artifacts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Facilitate alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and enhance team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating complex business requirements into functional specifications.
- Ability to develop and document business cases that support transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Capability to design and implement operating models that align with organizational strategy.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
