Job Duties

• Analyze customer behavior across acquisition channels (web, retail, C2C, etc.) to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Develop and automate dashboards for KPIs such as churn, LTV, activation rate, and ARPU
• Support cross-functional teams (marketing, CVM, product, store ops) with insights and performance reports
• Work with large datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Identify data-driven opportunities to enhance customer lifetime value and reduce churn
• Conduct cohort, funnel, and segmentation analysis to track campaign or channel effectiveness
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and sources
• Collaborate with data engineering to streamline data pipelines and improve data availability

 Minimum Qualification:

• 3–8 years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role (telecom or digital business preferred)
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI/Looker)
• Experience with churn analysis, LTV, and acquisition funnel metrics
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modelling concepts
• Experience in working on Analytics tool like DOMO, Data Studio

Preferred Qualification

• Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in telecom analytics or customer lifecycle management
• Exposure to Python/R for data analysis
• Good with presentations
