Main Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Management: Guide, mentor, and manage a team, setting sales targets, performance metrics, and development goals to build a high-performing sales team.

2. Business Development: Actively pursue new business opportunities within the food & beverage industry, focusing on drayage services. Develop strategies to identify and secure new accounts, expanding our client’s market presence.

3. Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their freight needs are met with the highest level of service. Anticipate client needs and propose solutions that align with their objectives.

4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, demands, and competitor strategies within the logistics sector. Leverage insights to inform sales strategies and identify potential areas for growth.

5. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a l sales plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Monitor and adjust strategies based on market changes and company performance.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations, Billing, and Accounting,  departments to ensure cohesive efforts across the company. Provide input on marketing strategies and promotional activities to enhance sales efforts.

7. Reporting & Forecasting: Regularly report on sales performance against targets, providing detailed analysis and forecasts to the management.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
•    At least 3-5 years of sales experience, with 1-2 years in a managerial position.
•    Strong communication and negotiation skills.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
•    High motivation to achieve sales targets.
