Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between Korean customers and development teams in Vietnam.
- Gather, analyze, and clarify business and system requirements from Korean stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements, technical specifications, and project documents between Korean and English/Vietnamese.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and Customers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct requirement analysis, create functional specifications, use cases, and system design documents.
- Support estimation, planning, and project tracking activities.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and discussions with customers and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and proactively communicate mitigation plans.
- Support testing activities including UAT, defect clarification, and acceptance criteria validation.
- Ensure customer expectations, requirements, and deliverables are clearly understood by all stakeholders.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, technical discussions, and proposal preparation when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Korean language proficiency equivalent to TOPIK Level 5 or above (Level 6 preferred).
- Proficiency in English for business communication.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Software Development, Business Analysis, System Engineering, or Bridge System Engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in requirement analysis, system design, and project coordination.
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work with overseas customers and multicultural teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with Korean clients or offshore development projects.
- Hands-on experience in one or more technologies such as Java, .NET, React, Angular, Mobile Development, Cloud Technologies, or Data Solutions.
- Experience in Banking, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, ERP, or Enterprise Application projects.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or other project management tools.
- Experience working in a global IT services company.
