COMPANY OVERVIEW
ON.energy develops, builds, and operates grid-scale battery storage and power infrastructure for AI data centers. The company is headquartered in Miami, Florida, and operates sites across the United States. The Branding function is responsible for ensuring that every expression of the ON.energy brand, internal and external, is consistent, professional, and aligned to company standards.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Branding Coordinator is responsible for the production, logistics, and coordination of the ON.energy brand across all offices, sites, and events. The position ensures that branded materials and physical brand presence are delivered accurately, on schedule, and consistent with established brand standards.
The position offers direct exposure to every area of a rapidly growing brand function and is structured to support professional advancement for a candidate who demonstrates initiative and consistent execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Branded merchandise and materials
- Manage the company merchandise program end to end, from ordering through inventory and fulfillment
- Oversee apparel and branded item across all offices and sites
- Coordinate onboarding, holiday, and gifting materials
Events and conferences
- Coordinate the production and logistics of branded assets for conferences and company events
- Support on-site setup and brand presence at designated events, including periodic travel
- Provide branded materials in support of internal events and employee programs
Physical and printed brand
- Coordinate branding and signage across offices, operating sites, and company vehicles
- Manage the production of printed materials with external vendors
Brand operations
- Maintain project schedules, track deliverables, and raise timeline risks in advance
- Support award submissions and other recurring brand programs
- Maintain the administrative records and documentation that support the function
Vendor management
- Review proofs and samples against established brand standards
- Hold vendors to agreed scope, quality, and delivery commitments
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Exceptional organizational ability, with a demonstrated capacity to manage numerous concurrent deliverables without loss of accuracy
- Strong personal initiative and ambition, with a clear interest in assuming increasing responsibility over time
- Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors and hold them to delivery commitments
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Ability to work on site in Miami, Florida, and to travel periodically for conferences and events
- Ability to perform physical setup and teardown tasks at events and operating sites
Preferred
- Experience coordinating branded merchandise, printed materials, or promotional programs
- Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, or comparable events
- Experience in the energy, infrastructure, construction, or a comparable technical industry
