About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Brand Partnership Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, advertising sales, sponsorships, experiential activations, and tenant collaborations. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and delivering innovative partnership solutions that enhance the mall experience while achieving revenue objectives.

The ideal candidate is an ambitious sales professional with a strong business development mindset and proven experience within shopping malls, retail, media, advertising, events, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through brand partnerships, advertising inventory, pop-up retail opportunities, and promotional activations.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with brands, agencies, retailers, and corporate partners.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve individual and departmental revenue targets.
• Develop creative and commercially viable partnership solutions tailored to clients' marketing objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agencies, advertisers, and brand partners while serving as the primary contact throughout the partnership lifecycle.
• Develop and present commercial proposals, negotiate partnership agreements, and secure opportunities that drive business growth and revenue.
• Collaborate closely with Leasing, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver partnership campaigns, activations, and projects.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and post-campaign performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset utilization and generate incremental revenue streams.

About You

• Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing, marketing, business development, advertising sales, media sales, or related commercial roles
• Candidates with Casual Mall Leasing experience are highly preferred.
• Experience in both Mall Leasing and Mall Marketing will be a strong advantage.
• Key Account Managers from Advertising, Media Sales, or Events Management backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Proven track record of achieving sales, revenue, or business development targets.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within the retail, property, shopping mall, media, advertising, or events industry will be an advantage.
