About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and creative Brand & Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of the company's brand development, digital presence, and marketing growth while managing digital marketing initiatives for approximately 10 existing client accounts.
This is a hands-on role that combines brand strategy, content creation, creative production, SEO, and client relationship management. You’ll be responsible for turning the company's brand vision into impactful marketing campaigns, creating engaging content across digital channels, and driving measurable results for both the business and its clients.
The role is divided between building and strengthening the company's internal brand presence (65%) and managing client digital marketing services (35%). We're looking for someone who can confidently move between creative strategy and execution, produce high-quality content, analyze marketing performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
This is an opportunity to take real ownership of marketing initiatives, bring fresh ideas to the table, and play a key role in shaping the brand's market presence as the company continues to grow.
What You’ll Own
Brand Strategy & Development (65%)
- Develop and execute brand strategies that strengthen the company's market presence and positioning.
- Build consistent brand messaging, storytelling, and visual identity across digital channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness, engagement, and overall growth.
- Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials, campaigns, and communications.
Creative Content & Production
- Plan and create engaging marketing content, including short-form videos, reels, advertisements, graphics, and product announcements.
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards for marketing campaigns.
- Use AI-powered creative platforms and editing tools to produce high-quality content efficiently.
- Stay up to date with emerging content formats, creative trends, and marketing tools.
Client Digital Marketing Management (35%)
- Manage digital marketing initiatives for approximately 10 existing client accounts.
- Oversee local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization activities.
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a key point of contact for marketing updates.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and communicate progress, insights, and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve client visibility, engagement, and marketing performance.
Growth Marketing & Performance
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives that support business growth.
- Monitor campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
- Analyze results and use insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Create reports and communicate marketing performance clearly.
- Identify new opportunities to improve reach, lead generation, and conversions.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, content marketing, or growth marketing.
- Proven experience building, developing, or repositioning a brand.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, local SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Hands-on experience creating short-form video content and other digital marketing assets.
- Experience using AI-powered image, video, editing, and content automation tools.
- Ability to track marketing performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing client relationships and presenting marketing updates or recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with technology, SaaS, PropTech, or B2B brands.
- Experience managing organic social media channels.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Runway, Higgsfield, Midjourney, or similar creative tools.
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Experience coordinating creative contractors or external marketing support.
- Previous experience working in a startup or fast-growing company.
- Experience developing marketing SOPs, dashboards, and reporting processes.
