Exciting opportunity to join our Brand team in this newly created 12-month fixed-term Brand Marketing Manager role. In this position, you will lead the definition and execution of marketing strategies to drive business growth and market leadership, while developing and implementing innovative campaigns that elevate brand presence.
Shape the Future of Our Brands
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans for your portfolio, driving business growth and market leadership.
Effortlessly switch between big-picture brand strategy and hands-on marketing leadership, driving long-term brand growth while delivering impactful, results-driven campaigns.
Create annual brand plans with clear objectives, priorities, and communication strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and growth.
Drive and implement disruptive campaigns and experiences that deepen customer connection, reward engagement, and build long-term brand advocacy.
Translate consumer insights, market trends, and data into powerful strategies that enhance brand relevance, differentiation, and commercial success.
Lead end-to-end product and packaging development from concept to shelf, ensuring launches align with brand standards, customer needs, and commercial objectives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
Champion innovation across your portfolio, identifying opportunities to evolve brand positioning, product offerings, and customer experiences.
The Expertise You're Bringing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Commerce, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a brand marketing management role, ideally within FMCG or consumer goods.
- Experience working with Own Brand or Private Label products would be highly regarded.
- A creative mindset with strong strategic thinking and a deep understanding of brand identity and positioning.
- Working knowledge of graphic design principles, retail merchandising, and digital marketing.
- Experience briefing and collaborating with creative, design, and production teams.
- Experience working within a multi-brand environment.
