Job Description

Job Summary**
Lead and manage the daily operations of the UOB Indonesia Muara Karang branch, driving business growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch sales targets and profitability goals.
* Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including customer service, lending, deposits, and back-office functions.
* Manage and motivate a team of banking professionals, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to expand the customer base.
* Ensure strict adherence to UOB Indonesia's policies, procedures, and relevant banking regulations.
* Identify and mitigate operational risks within the branch.
* Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
* Act as a representative of UOB Indonesia within the local community, fostering positive public relations.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
* Resolve customer complaints and complex issues effectively and efficiently.

Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar leadership role within the banking industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a profitable branch.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and operations.
* Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
