About the Role

This revenue operations role owns the systems of record behind every customer contract — from the moment it's signed through every pricing addendum that follows. This role keeps Salesforce and Chargebee accurate and in sync: filing contracts, standing up revenue schedules, creating and updating licenses, and executing pricing changes. It partners closely with Finance, Customer Success and Sales and works hand-in-hand with the CSAM, who owns the client relationship, to ensure continuity among all systems.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management and System Administration

• Align with Sales Operations on newly signed contracts and amendments to ensure accurate billing. Own billing-detail data entry and handle upfront outreach on all billing matters.
• Create Chargebee accounts for new contracts and update customer data when necessary. Work closely with the CSAM team to ensure accurate license creation and invoicing in Chargebee.
• Issue credit memos, void invoices, and update invoicing structure of Chargebee invoices. Collaborate with the CSAM team to understand the invoicing needs of customers and problem solve to find solutions to these needs.
• Perform quarterly audits to ensure that customer user information across Suki, Salesforce and Chargebee are the same.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding payment methods, user management, invoice reconciliation etc.
• Update license pricing in SFDC and Chargebee for live or conversion-pending licenses whenever a signed addendum changes pricing
• Partner with accounting to assist in month end collection process for SMB and Group accounts

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Support to keep onboarding moving without gaps.
• Act as the systems-of-record owner for Salesforce and Chargebee data tied to contracts, licenses, and pricing, so the CSAM and Finance can trust what's in the system.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales operations or CS/revenue operations at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience; comfortable building and editing revenue schedules.
• Experience with a subscription billing platform (e.g., Chargebee, Zuora).
• Meticulous and detail-oriented — this role is the accuracy check behind every contract and pricing change.
• Comfortable coordinating across Finance, Support, and Customer Success to keep multi-step processes moving.
