Help Members Live Healthier Lives

Alignment Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated Bilingual Health Coach & Educator to provide in-home support, wellness coaching, and health education to members throughout Maricopa County, Arizona.

In this highly field-based role, you'll build trusted relationships with members, caregivers, and families while helping individuals adopt healthier habits, access community resources, and improve their overall well-being. If you enjoy working independently, connecting with people face-to-face, and making a direct impact in your community, we'd love to meet you.

*Applicants must be comfortable conducting daily in-home visits and traveling throughout Maricopa County, Arizona.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a wellness health coach or educator

• Current, valid, unrestricted driver's license.

• Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

• Ability to maintain automobile insurance in accordance with company requirements.

• Ability to work independently and remotely.

• Strong communication, organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of health, wellness, nutrition, exercise, and behavior change principles.

• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.

Education:

• Associate’s degree or two years additional experience in lieu of education.

Preferred Requirements:

• Senior care experience

• Bachelor's degree

• Medical Assistant License

Pay Range: $44,987.00 - $67,480.00

Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location, education, responsibilities, experience, etc.
