Job Description:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages and food items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
• Set up and maintain café stations throughout the day, ensuring items are attractively displayed, fully stocked, and ready for service.
• Operate the cash register to process transactions accurately, handle payments, and follow proper cash-handling and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all café areas and equipment, following health and safety guidelines including proper use of wet floor signs and cleaning supplies.
• Support kitchen operations as needed by assisting with food prep, working in the dish room, and helping deliver patient meals to ensure smooth and efficient service across departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
