Are you an experienced hospitality professional ready to take the next step in your leadership career?

We’re looking for passionate and motivated Bar Supervisors to join our Food & Beverage team at Crown Perth, with multiple opportunities available across our diverse bar and entertainment venues.

We have Supervisors positions available the following venues:

Urban Food District (UFD) - Predominately look after our hidden 1520 Speakeasy Bar (Must be available Thurs - Sun)

Main Gaming Floor - Working across multiple bars on our Casino floor. Weekends and overnights availability is essential as it's a 24/7 operation.

Pearl Room - Located in our Private Gaming area looking after our VIP guests. Weekends and overnights availability is essential.

The Waiting Room (TWR) - Premium dining outlet. Possess strong cocktail knowledge and experience. (Must be able to work Fri - Sun)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting the bar team throughout service
• Delivering exceptional and engaging guest experiences
• Coaching, developing and motivating team members
• Supporting daily bar operations, including stock and shift management
• Maintaining service, operational and compliance standards
• Working collaboratively with venue leadership to create a positive and high-performing team environment

About you

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a bar or hospitality environment
• Strong bartending and beverage knowledge
• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
• Confidence coaching, developing and motivating a team
• Strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
