ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Growth Marketer to own demand generation for our B2B and enterprise business.
Our GTM team already has sellers closing deals, creators producing cinematic content for enterprise audiences, and an email engine reaching thousands of prospects. Your job is to build the machine that feeds all of it: campaigns, funnels, and channels that turn attention into qualified pipeline. You are judged on pipeline and revenue influenced, not on clicks or impressions.
This is a hands-on operator role. There is no playbook to execute; you will be writing it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
GENERATE PIPELINE
- Plan, launch, and scale integrated campaigns across paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, X), retargeting, and content distribution that convert into qualified meetings.
- Build account-based programs on target enterprise accounts together with sales: the right message, to the right buyer, at the right moment.
BUILD THE B2B FUNNEL
- Own landing pages and conversion paths from first touch to booked meeting: copy, creative briefs, forms, routing, follow-up.
- Launch webinars, showcases, and campaign moments using the cinematic work our creators produce.
MEASURE, ITERATE, SCALE
- Own funnel metrics end to end: cost per meeting, conversion by stage, channel ROI, attribution. You pull your own numbers and tell an honest story with them.
- Run a constant experiment loop: test messaging, audiences, and channels weekly; kill what doesn't convert, scale what does.
- Build lightweight systems (Sheets, APIs, automation, AI tools) instead of doing the same work by hand every week.
RUN THE GTM LOOP
- Sync campaigns with our sales, email, and creative teams so every touch a prospect sees tells one story.
- Feed market signal back to product and leadership: what resonates, what objections repeat, where demand is forming.

YOUR MUST HAVES
- 3+ years in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing at a SaaS or AI company.
- A measurable result you can walk us through: pipeline or revenue you generated, which channels drove it, and what part of it was yours.
- Hands-on paid channel experience (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) with real budget ownership.
- Full command of your data: funnels, attribution, dashboards. You don't wait for an analyst to tell you what happened.
- Excellent written English and strong copy instincts: you can write a landing page, an ad, and a nurture email yourself.
- AI-native: you use LLM tools daily and automate before you hire out.
- High agency, fast execution: you ship, iterate, and don't wait for perfect.

NICE TO HAVES
- ABM and marketing ops tooling: HubSpot or Salesforce, Clay, 6sense or similar.
- Experience marketing to enterprise and Fortune 500 buyers.
- Webinar or event program experience.
- Experience in creative tools, generative AI, or the broader martech ecosystem.
