As an AWS Modernization Specialist - Manager, you will lead the charge in transforming client systems and applications to leverage the full potential of AWS technologies. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and efficiency for our clients. As a Manager, you will guide and develop teams, manage client service accounts, and oversee the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for strategic planning, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a culture of integrity and authenticity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement cutting-edge AWS solutions. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating complex challenges and delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities

- Leading the modernization of AWS platforms by implementing innovative software engineering practices
- Managing client engagements and driving the successful delivery of cloud engineering solutions
- Overseeing the development and integration of enterprise application architectures and microservices
- Guiding teams in the application of Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies
- Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript to enhance software development processes
- Conducting code reviews and confirming adherence to coding standards and quality assurance testing
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop scalable solutions
- Mentoring junior staff in software project management and application lifecycle management
- Promoting the adoption of platform engineering and architecture best practices within the team
- Facilitating business process improvement initiatives through effective client management and communication

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
