What You'll do:
Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing
Translate complex program requirements into clear, testable objectives and use cases that keep test execution aligned to mission outcomes.
Develop and own the overall test strategy – objectives, methodologies, schedules, and analysis
Design and execute a end-to-end test programs, independently assessing system performance against stated requirements and applying sound test discipline to work within scope and schedule constraints.
Build and maintain automated test cases and scripts using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager
Lead analysis of test output and defect data, and deliver clear, actionable results and recommendations to government stakeholders and program leadership.
Recommend and help implement continual improvements to test cycles, test plans, and security reviews.
Required Skills
5+ years of relevant experience testing software applications, including system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance, and automation testing.
Experience supervising a team of test specialists and managing complex, state-of-the-art test programs.
Experience translating complex program requirements into testable objectives, and analyzing and recommending test cycles, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives.
Experience in an Agile environment (e.g., SAFe, ICAgile); working knowledge of Systems Operations, Engineering, and DevOps integration.
Experience developing and maintaining automated test cases using designated test tools such as UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
Detailed familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures.
Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority (e.g., SAFe Agile, ICAgile Certified Professional, Tosca Certified User).

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$97,756.00 - $137,530.00
