As an Audit and Assurance - Digital Assurance - Senior Manager, you will focus on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information, enhancing the credibility and reliability of this information with a variety of stakeholders. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills, professional knowledge, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on providing assurance services over clients' digital environments, including processes and controls, cybersecurity measures, data and AI systems, and their associated governance. Within our Assurance practice, you will help organizations and their stakeholders build trust in their technology while complying with relevant regulations. This position offers the opportunity to engage with clients at a strategic level, driving project success and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

- Leading digital assurance initiatives to evaluate clients' digital environments, including cybersecurity measures and AI systems
- Applying auditing methodologies to assess internal controls and compliance with regulations
- Directing teams through complex problem-solving and strategic questioning to enhance governance frameworks
- Utilizing cloud engineering and AI platforms to innovate processes and drive results
- Validating data quality and conducting assurance testing to maintain integrity and reliability
- Building relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process reviews and improvements
- Coaching and motivating teams to embrace change and deliver service excellence
- Implementing IT governance and cybersecurity risk management strategies to support organizational objectives
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to foster inclusion and professional growth

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in the following field of study: Accounting or Chartered Accountant
- At least 10 years of experience
- At least one of the following: US Licensed CPA or Chartered Accountant, CISA
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Relevant experience in auditing and IT controls auditing, consulting and/or implementing IT solutions
