As a Senior Associate in Assurance - Financial Market - Investment Consulting and Modernization (Padle), you will engage with clients to analyze their financial needs, develop tailored solutions, and provide strategic guidance to enhance their financial performance. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver comprehensive consulting services, focusing on optimizing financial strategies and improving decision-making processes for our clients.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client relationships and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, enhancing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear. This role involves using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and developing a deeper understanding of the business context.

What You Must Have

- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
