Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor and point of contact for the Client's Real Estate leadership team and senior internal stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Lead and oversee a portfolio of complex, high-value international real estate transactions with significant interdependencies and strategic impact.
- Develop and implement regional portfolio strategies aligned with the Client's business objectives, growth plans, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Direct end-to-end transaction management for large-scale, multi-site projects (project initiation, market intelligence, site selection, RFI/RFPs, LOIs, building evaluations, lease negotiations, and closeout).
- Lead complex negotiations as primary negotiator, developing and executing sophisticated negotiation strategies to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
- Proactively manage critical lease events (breaks, renewals, expiries) with strategic recommendations and risk mitigation plans.
- Prepare, review, and present comprehensive financial analyses including cash flow projections, NPV, IRR, P&L impacts, and scenario modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide strategic counsel to global leadership on real estate matters, market trends, and portfolio optimization opportunities.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior Transaction Managers and Coordinators; drive best practice sharing and process improvements.
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of corporate real estate experience in transaction management, portfolio strategy, and/or advisory services.
- Proven track record of managing complex transactions / projects across multiple geographies.
- Strong written and spoken English (Polish and additional European languages are highly advantageous).
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities (Excel, financial analysis tools).
- Strong proficiency in presentation and reporting tools (PowerPoint, or similar platforms).
- Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented, "can-do" approach and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence and ability to communicate complex concepts to C-suite stakeholders.
- Proven ability to navigate and thrive in matrixed, multinational organizations with tight deadlines.
- High degree of personal credibility, cultural awareness, customer relationship management, networking, and interpersonal skills.
