We’re seeking an enthusiastic, high-judgment, and mission-driven Recruiter to join our Teacher Recruiting team in our new Downtown Miami office! In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of our mission, helping to interview and hire the exceptional educators who will shape the lives of our scholars as we expand from New York into Florida. Key Responsibilities:

• Your primary focus will be conducting 8-10 interviews daily. 
• Own the candidate journey from resume review through offer acceptance and have a strong drive for results and exceeding daily metrics and KPIs. 
• Partner with school leaders to understand their staffing needs and ensure we place the right educators in the right classrooms.
• Work collaboratively with a team of sourcers and recruiters who support one another, celebrate wins, and work together toward our shared mission.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our joyful, rigorous, and high-performing culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required, as this role involves regular communication with students and families in both languages. 
• Strong judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Skilled interviewer with experience in behavior-based assessments
• Passion for working in a mission-driven, high-performing environment
• Track record of meeting or exceeding hiring goals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including school principals and senior leaders
• Experience using an ATS
• Collaborative spirit and a can-do, upbeat attitude

Work Schedule:

• This role is a hybrid role. You will work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and in our Downtown Miami office Tuesday through Thursday.
• Temp-to-hire opportunity: Candidates will start in a temporary role with the possibility of conversion to full-time employment after a 3-month evaluation period, based on performance and business needs.
