Your Role at impact.com:

In this role, the Associate Solutions Architect bridges business and technical requirements with impact.com’s capabilities to shape solution designs, drive technical alignment, and position impact.com as the right partnership management platform for the prospect. Working alongside Account Executives, the Associate Solutions Architect acts as a product expert in the sales process and communicates the requirements of the technical implementation in a clear and confident manner that instills trust in impact.com’s ability to deliver.

The Associate Solutions Architect supports SMB opportunities and serves as a technical resource for commonly used integrations, ensuring prospects are positioned for successful onboarding.

What You'll Do:

• Support Account Executives as a pre-sales technical resource for SMB opportunities
• Discover and document prospect technical and product requirements
• Develop solution and integration documentation for prospects
• Deliver structured product demonstrations tailored to SMB use cases
• Respond to standard technical and implementation questions
• Escalate non-standard or complex requirements as needed
• Ensure prospects are positioned for successful onboarding
• Other duties as assigned by the Company

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 1–3 years in a tech-focused role within a SaaS or digital marketing company
• Foundational understanding of APIs, JavaScript, and marketing technology platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead structured client-facing technical conversations within defined scope
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Additional education, experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities that will contribute to, but are not required for success in this role

• Experience in a pre-sales or client-facing technical role
• Familiarity with affiliate or digital marketing industry

Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year, plus an additional 15% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
