JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Information must be provided to the vendor in their desired format.

The information exists within various Greystar systems today.
•
The applicants for this role will be responsible to login to our systems, locate the identified data and record it inthe vendor’s format.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Individuals filling this job role will be provided a list of properties for which information must be gathered andrecorded on a periodic basis. It is presently expected that will be a weekly occurrence.
2.
Each list of properties will be referred to as a “wave” and there will be multiple waves each month; it’s presentlyexpected to be weekly.
3.
Each “wave” will have a specified “begin” and “end” date upon which the information is due.
4.
The team members will be provided
a.
A specific list of instructions for the Greystar system in which the information required may be found
b.
Credentials to be used for login to each system required to gather the data
c.
An excel spreadsheet in which to record the data.
5.
An escalation POC / process will be defined for questions or issues related to the project.
