In this role, you will:

• Support a strong risk and compliance culture while building trusted customer relationships
• Accountable for following risk programs, policies, and regulatory requirements, including timely issue identification, escalation, and resolution
• Proactively monitor and manages risk, exercises sound judgment, and makes decisions aligned with the organization's risk appetite and compliance standards
• Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports
• Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions
• Support projects
• Assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning
• Act as information source on group and company policies
• Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Interact with external customers

Required Qualifications, US:

• 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Previous Corporate & Investment Banking or Financial Services experience

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Executive/Administrative Assistant experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Concur.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
• Experience supporting multiple executives and balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with senior leadership, clients, and business partners.
• Experience preparing and managing executive business materials, including reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting documentation.
• Proven project coordination and administrative leadership experience, including onboarding/offboarding and cross-functional partnership.
