Position Summary

The Associate Director, Site Contracting Operations provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of the end‑to‑end site contracting delivery model across assigned regions. This role leads a multi‑regional team responsible for contract execution, budget integration, cycle‑time performance, systems governance, data accuracy, and operational risk mitigation. The Associate Director owns the operational strategy, resource planning, workload optimization, system adoption, process harmonization, and delivery of performance outcomes across programs and countries. The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
