  • Ensure assigned client and operational deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procedures, checklists and supporting documentation, identifying areas requiring clarification or improvement.
  • Complete applicable data-protection checks and ensure external communications are issued in accordance with TA policies, procedures and control requirements.
  • Support the identification, investigation and escalation of operational risks, errors and control issues, contributing to timely resolution and appropriate follow-up.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and knowledge sharing to less experienced partners, supporting cross-training and the development of technical knowledge within the team.
  • Support process reviews and continuous-improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational quality, efficiency and the client or investor experience.
  • Contribute to projects, client onboarding, system or process changes and other business initiatives within the scope of the role.
  • Work collaboratively with other Transfer Agency functions, including New Business, Investor Services, Registration and Finance, as well as relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Respond to client and investor queries accurately and within agreed service expectations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of assigned dealing processes and relevant systems and apply that knowledge to support effective operational delivery.
