CSA – Assistant Tennis Coach

Purpose of Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Tennis Coach to support the tennis program at our institution. The ideal candidate will assist in coaching students, organizing training sessions, preparing players for competitions, and fostering a spirit of sportsmanship and discipline. The role requires both technical knowledge of tennis and the ability to work positively with children and young athletes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting tennis training sessions.
• Demonstrate proper techniques, footwork, and strategies.
• Provide individual attention and feedback to improve players’ skills.
• Supervise practice drills, warm-ups, and conditioning exercises.
• Monitor student performance and maintain records.
• Assist in organizing inter-house, inter-school, and external tournaments.
• Ensure safety of students during practice and games.
• Promote discipline, teamwork, and a positive sporting attitude.
• Manage and maintain tennis equipment and court setup.
