About the Role

The Assistant Sales Manager leads and motivates the Sales Acquisition team composed of sales executives to meet and exceed team and individual goals. He/She is expected to build a high achieving sales acquisition team to identify sales leads, pitch Lalamove’s services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. He/She must be able work well under pressure and exhibits a spirit of excellence.

What you'll do:

Represent the company in local business partnerships, and other speaking engagements

Strategize for local business development opportunities

Lead the Acquisition team in gathering quality accounts

Lead the Account Management team to build positive relationships with key accounts, maximizing growth opportunities, and retention.

Reports directly to the Sales Manager

Can-do attitude and grit to make things happen, to identify and leverage new opportunities

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately to potential users

What you'll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or enterprise/client relationship management is highly preferred.

Experience working in technology, SaaS, fintech, or other fast-growing industries is an advantage.

Proficient in using sales tools, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and reporting dashboards.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.

At least 5 years of leadership experience managing sales and account management teams.

Must be willing to work within the office on a daily basis and travel for business when / where needed.

Willing to work onsite in Lalamove Pampanga Hub- Brgy. Pandan, Angeles, Pampanga
