The Assistant Marketing Manager, Shopper and Brand supports the development and execution of brand go-to-market, communication, and activation strategies. This role is responsible for coordinating promotional programs, shopper marketing initiatives, and various brand management projects, while ensuring effective tracking of marketing activities and budgets. The incumbent works closely with internal teams, customers, agencies, and external partners to help achieve growth objectives and strengthen brand presence in the marketplace

How you will contribute to collective success:
Shopper Marketing
- Coordinate the execution of customer promotional programs.
- Participate in the development of promotional concepts and campaigns.
- Ensure timelines are met and coordinate all stakeholders involved.
- Develop and distribute sales and merchandising support materials.
- Coordinate partnerships and cross-promotional initiatives.
- Monitor competitive activities and share key insights with relevant teams.
Brand Management and Communications
- Support the development of communication campaigns.
- Prepare creative briefs for agencies and external partners.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials and assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Assist with the planning and execution of product launches.
Digital Marketing
- Coordinate social media content and publications.
- Update websites and digital platforms.
- Monitor social media channels and industry trends.
- Support the optimization of digital marketing campaigns and Retail Media initiatives.
Administrative and Budget Management
- Monitor and track marketing budgets and expenditures.
- Process purchase orders and invoices.
- Support monthly and quarterly budget reconciliations.
- Coordinate logistics for events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives.
The type of player who fits in well with the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of major social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fully bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
