Assistant Manager - Supply Finance Business Partner

About the role:

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly plant MIS, cost reports, and variance analysis.
• Monitor manufacturing costs and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial projections.
• Review production, material consumption, and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.
• Monitor fixed and variable overheads and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Manage capital expenditure (Capex), CWIP, asset capitalization, and depreciation.
• Support internal, statutory, and cost audits.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, SOPs, and company policies.
• Partner with production, supply chain, engineering, and procurement teams to improve plant efficiency.
• Track productivity savings and monitor project financial benefits.
• Prepare business cases for capital investments and cost-saving initiatives.
• Statutory compliance related to plant finance.
• CARM control applicable to unit.
