What you'll own

• Drive territory growth by identifying, securing and expanding merchant relationships, delivering sustainable revenue growth and strengthening Global Payments’ market presence.

• Shape commercial success through strategic pricing negotiations that balance competitiveness, long-term profitability and client value, creating mutually beneficial outcomes.

• Build trusted client partnerships that increase merchant satisfaction, retention and business performance while ensuring smooth adoption of payment solutions and services.

• Influence future opportunities by leveraging market insights, industry trends and competitive intelligence to uncover new revenue streams, strengthen market positioning and support business expansion.

• Collaborate across teams to accelerate growth, contributing to product initiatives, sales strategies and market development efforts that deliver measurable business results.

What you'll bring

• Proven sales experience within the financial services industry, with a track record of achieving commercial targets and delivering business growth.

• Strong business development and territory management capabilities, with the ability to create and execute effective sales strategies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills that inspire client confidence and drive successful outcomes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, using market insights and customer needs to identify opportunities and inform decisions.

• Self-motivated, adaptable and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-changing and competitive environment.

It's a bonus if you have

• Experience in the credit card or payments industry, with an understanding of merchant acquiring solutions.

• A tertiary qualification in Business, Management, Marketing or a related discipline.

• Experience working across diverse territories and managing multiple stakeholder relationships while traveling regularly
