About your team

Become part of a growing team that shapes how our customers experience communication from our bank. We are responsible for the design, governance, production, and continuous improvement of all outbound correspondence across the organization.

As a central service provider, we combine business requirements, customer communication, document design, and technology to deliver clear, compliant, and visually compelling correspondence. Working in an agile and interdisciplinary environment, you will help drive the modernization of our communication landscape while ensuring an outstanding customer experience and operational excellence.

About your role

In this role, you will combine communication expertise, document design, and process improvement. You will help create and continuously enhance customer correspondence, ensuring that documents are not only accurate and compliant but also clear, intuitive, and visually appealing.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to optimize communication processes, modernize document layouts, and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains. Your contributions will directly influence how customers interact with the bank through written communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and continuously improve customer-facing documents, forms, and correspondence templates.
• Ensure that communications are clear, customer-friendly, visually appealing, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze existing correspondence processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements.
• Act as an interface between business departments, IT teams, projects, and external service providers.
• Drive the modernization and digital transformation of outbound communication channels.
• Support the implementation of regulatory and business requirements into customer communications.
• Manage and maintain master document templates and correspondence assets.
• Coordinate testing activities
• Collaborate with developers and software vendors to implement document and process enhancements.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve customer communication, user experience, and operational effectiveness.

• Understanding of technical systems and interfaces is an advantage.
• Fluent German and good English communication skills.
