TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION & DATA (TID) ASSISTANT MANAGER 

The Four Seasons Resorts Lāna’i is looking for visionary leaders who are passionate about creating exceptional guest and employee experiences, inspiring teams to achieve excellence, and embodying the Golden Rule in every interaction. 

  

The Technology Innovation & Data (TID) Assistant Manager supports the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of technology systems, data infrastructure, and Technology Innovation & Data (TID) initiatives across Four Seasons Resort Lānaʻi, Sensei Lānaʻi, and related entities. Assist in leading TID team members, implementing technology strategies, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency, system reliability, and exceptional guest and employee experiences across multiple properties and remote locations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:       

• Support daily technology operations, including system monitoring, user access management, security patching, help desk services, and maintenance of hardware, software, servers, and business applications. 

• Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of critical business systems, guest-facing technologies, property management systems, point-of-sale platforms, and end-user devices. 

• Assist with technology implementations, system upgrades, and major projects, partnering with operational leaders to support business objectives and enhance guest and employee experiences. 

• Maintain compliance with corporate technology standards, PCI requirements, privacy regulations, security protocols, and all applicable local, national, and company policies. 

• Provide technical support and training to employees, promoting the effective use of technology systems and applications across the resort. 

• Foster strong relationships with guests and team members through a visible, service-focused presence and a collaborative approach to operational support. 

• Partner with department leaders to ensure technology solutions meet operational needs and support seamless interdepartmental communication and cooperation. 

• Assist in the recruitment, training, development, coaching, and performance management of Technology Innovation & Data team members. 

• Monitor departmental expenses, inventory, and purchasing activities while supporting budget adherence, cost-control initiatives, and operational efficiencies. 

• Participate in operational meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure technology services align with business priorities and service standards. 

• Promote a culture of innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement while supporting departmental and organizational goals.

WHAT TO BRING 

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States (unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at another Four Seasons location as they may qualify for a L-1 Visa sponsorship) 

• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required. 

• Clear Hawaii Driver’s Abstract is required for this role 

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts 

• 3+ years of experience in hotel TID role is preferred   

• Project Management and knowledge of hospitality applications, PMS, HSIA, POS are assets.
