YOUR MISSION

Position Summary :

• Concept Design for Full price stores and FOC - Visual Merchandising 

• Responsible for maintaining window display of products across stores

• Maintaining Product feel and look stories.

• Fostering VM creativity at stores

Reports to : Senior Manager Brand and Retail Activations

Key Objectives:

• Responsible for Window Display of key products across the stores

• Maintaining support for Key Initiatives and product displays

• Conceptualizing and designing spatial experiences for brand activations and events that bring campaigns to life while delivering engaging customer journeys.

• Planning and Designing complete look and feel of the stores by creating stories, maintaining cost control and keeping up with the guidelines.

• Creating display guidelines and technical guidelines for VM team and store teams.

• Being a part of discussion with the Merchandising about the key products highlights and follow up on it.

• Create prototypes and get Global approval for the innovative displays of the key initiatives of the month

• Customer interaction touch points by creating stories and highlights inside the stores to maintain the feel of the stores.

• Enabling QR Codes scanning for the customers to help them look for products online and get more information on it.

• Planning complete season in coordination with Marketing and merchandising for a seamless flow of display in stores.

• Seasonal upliftment of stores.

YOUR TALENT

Eligibility Criteria And Functional  Competencies Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Merchandising or a related field.

• 3-4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design or Brand Experience + Spatial Design.

• Strong understanding of retail design, customer journey and visual storytelling.

• Proven experience in conceptualizing and executing window displays and in-store product presentations.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects etc); knowledge of 3D visualization and AutoCAD/Blender/SketchUp.

• Ability to create technical drawings, display guidelines and execution manuals.

• Experience in prototyping and developing innovative VM concepts within budget and timelines.

• Strong project management, planning and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.

• Good understanding of retail operations, merchandising and production processes.

• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.

• Working knowledge of materials and fabrication, with the ability to design within defined budgets, timelines and production constraints.

• Attention to detail with the ability to balance creativity and commercial objectives.

• Willingness to travel for store visits, VM implementation and quality audits.
