YOUR MISSION

Reports to: Lead Business Finance 

Location: Bengaluru 

Position Summary: We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team, with exposure across Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash and Business Finance. 

The role will provide an opportunity to work closely with multiple business functions and gain exposure to financial planning, reporting, controllership, commercial finance and operational finance in a B2C and B2B environment. 

Depending on the candidate's strengths and business requirements, the role may have a stronger focus on either Accounts Receivable or Business Finance. 

Key Objectives:

• Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable processes across B2C and B2B channels. 

• Monitor receivables, reconciliations, collections, ageing and resolution of open items. 

• Participate in month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial closure activities. 

• Support preparation and analysis of P&L, management reports and financial performance. 

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. 

• Analyse key business and financial KPIs and provide insights to support decision-making. 

• Partner with Sales, Commercial, Operations and other functions on finance-related matters. 

• Support statutory, internal, external and group audit requirements. 

• Maintain appropriate financial controls, reconciliations and supporting documentation. 

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardisation and automation within Finance. 

Key Performance Indicators: Performance for the role will be measured through a combination of financial accuracy, process effectiveness and business support, including: 

• Timely and accurate completion of month-end and reporting activities. 

• Accuracy and quality of reconciliations, financial schedules and management reports. 

• Effective monitoring and resolution of receivable ageing and open items. 

• Timeliness and quality of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. 

• Accuracy and relevance of financial insights provided to business stakeholders. 

• Timely closure of audit requirements and finance-related action points. 

• Adherence to internal financial controls, policies and processes. 

• Contribution towards process improvement, automation and operational efficiency. 

• Responsiveness and effectiveness in supporting internal stakeholders.

The role will require regular collaboration across functions to ensure timely financial closure, accurate reporting, effective controls and strong business support. 

YOUR TALENT

Eligibility Criteria And Functional Competencies Required:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• 0 - 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial statements and basic financial controls.
• Understanding or exposure to Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, FP&A or Business Finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure to SAP, Power BI or similar tools would be an advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced business environment.
