About Lakewood Regional Support
Our regional support center provides resources to our hotels for multiple areas including Human Resources, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Security, Group Reservations, Guest Contact Center, Information Technology, Laundry and Communications.
What We’re Looking For:
A detail-oriented and service-driven Assistant Manager of Laundry who ensures our laundry operations run efficiently and meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. You’ll support the Manager in overseeing daily operations, lead by example, and guide a team dedicated to delivering impeccable linen and garment care for our guests and property.

What You’ll Do:
Assist in daily operations of laundry facilities, including washing, drying, and finishing processes
Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs promptly
Ensure proper handling and care of linens, uniforms, and guest items
Inspect finished products for cleanliness and quality standards
Implement corrective actions when standards are not met
Maintain accurate records of production and inventory
Supervise laundry attendants during shifts
Provide on-the-job guidance and reinforce safety and operational standards
Assist with scheduling and timekeeping as directed by the Manager
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Support emergency response protocols when needed
Maintain certifications and training as required
Other Responsibilities:
Regular attendance in conformance with standards
May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
Perform other duties as assigned
Regularly lift up to 40 pounds, bend, crouch, kneel, push, pull, and walk
Stand for extended periods during shifts
Your Qualifications Include:
Previous experience in laundry operations or housekeeping preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of laundry equipment and chemical handling a plus
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
