Brief Job Description 工作描述简述：

Responsible for the daily operation of the plant's public works system, handling various emergencies, receiving and transmitting important information, and maintaining normal order during shifts.

负责全厂公用工程系统的日常运营，负责处理各类突发事件、接受并传达重要信息以及维护值班期间的正常秩序。

Typical Accountabilities 主要职责：

• Responsible for the operation and monitoring of the BMS system, ensuring utility supply stability and reliability. 负责BMS系统运行和监控，确保介质供应稳定可靠性。
• Record the operation parameters on site现场记录运行参数
• Through site routing inspection, monitoring and controlling BMS system, timely find out utility system operation potential failure,；通过现场巡检，BMS系统监控，及时发现系统/设备运行过程中存在的潜在问题/故障；
• Carry out preventative maintenance, such as filter changing, lubricant replenishing, equipment cleaning etc., according to the schedule and equipment conditions根据设备状况和维护计划，进行设备的维护，例如过滤器更换和设备清洁等

Education, Qualifications, Experience and Capabilities 教育、资质、经验和能力：

• Degree or above in HVAC, mechanical, automation, electrical or relevant experience 暖通、机械、控制、电气或相近专业大专以上
• Adapt to shift work and have good working hard spirit. 能适应倒班工作，具备良好的吃苦耐劳精神。
• Own 35KV certification 有35kv 入网证
• 1 year or above utility and equipment operation and maintenance experience (such as: BMS, HVAC, PW, WFI, power supply & distribution, etc.)  1年及以上公用工程及设备运行或维修经验（例如：楼宇控制系统，暖通空调系统，纯水系统，注射水系统，供配电系统等）
• GMP experience preferred有GMP经验优先
• English reading and writing ability英语读写能力
