WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies that align with overall business goals.​

• Conduct market analysis to gather consumer insights, track competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.​

• Help in defining brand positioning, messaging and marketing strategies.​

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, ensuring they are effectively executed across various channels.​

• Assist in the creation of marketing communication materials and liaise with internal teams and external to ensure consistency in brand messaging. ​

• Co-ordinate with sales, customer and shopper marketing teams to ensure effective execution of promotions in the market.​

• Monitor marketing activities to gather insights and feedback from- incomplete.​

• ​

• Support new product development and renovations by co-ordinating cross-functional teams including R&D and supply chain.​

• Embrace cross-functional collaboration by working closely with sales, trade marketing and operations to ensure alignment of brand objectives and execution of plans. ​

• Have a working knowledge of the brand value chain and critical levers to unlock brand growth.​

• Budget Management: Assist in managing tracking and record keeping the brand’s budget, ensuring that supplier are paid on time and in full Performance Monitoring: Track brand performance metrics, (i.e. sales, brand equity, market share, brand attributes etc) and prepare reports to evaluate brand performance and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.​

• Demand forecasting and planning: Support the forecasting processes and ensure alignment with supply chain.​

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights for strategic decision making.​

• Attention to detail: Strong Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.​

• Project Management: Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.​

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external partners.​

• Adaptability: Flexibility to respond to changing markets and competitive pressures. ​

• Requires 1-3 in brand management or marketing (marketing related field i.e. brand management; agency; research).​

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field.​

• Technical skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, market research methodologies and data analysis.​
