What You'll Do
In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.
Lead and evolve global electrical engineering standards, specifications, and design guidelines across a diverse facilities portfolio.
Review electrical designs for capital projects, infrastructure upgrades, and critical facility improvements to support consistency, quality, and compliance.
Guide technical strategy for power distribution, UPS, generators, transfer systems, and other critical power infrastructure.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve resiliency, operational readiness, and long-term facility performance.
Support renewable energy and electrification initiatives, including solar, battery storage, EV charging, and utility coordination where relevant.
Translate technical requirements into clear standards, design guidance, and executive-ready summaries.
Preferred Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer evaluations by performing on-tool data acquisition, spectrum collection, and recipe setup/development.
- Collect and analyze spectra, logs, images, and raw tool data to support Proof of Application (POA) planning and execution.
- Validate and qualify tool performance to ensure compliance with customer requirements and application standards.
- Review, optimize, and troubleshoot process recipes; summarize data and findings to identify root causes and resolve tool issues.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and engagement proposals based on analysis results and customer needs.
- Collaborate with customers, field teams, and engineering groups to drive successful application outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; VBA/Macro experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a semiconductor cleanroom environment.
- Ability to support overnight shifts and occasional customer-site activities as required.
Preferred
- Experience with semiconductor metrology, inspection, process equipment, or data analysis.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and technical troubleshooting methodologies
