• Responsible for maintaining long-term customer relationships, increasing the upgrade sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction across existing accounts. (distributors and smaller OEM’s) Generating new business in South America, especially in Chile and Peru, is an essential part of the role.

• As part of the global team, implement the company’s aftermarket sales strategy within the assigned geographic region to deliver desired performance levels

• Drive the sales activities and manage the partner distributorship and direct dealer network
  • Seek new business, identify and analyse new prospects and business opportunities
  • Expand distributed network of “local” distributors / partners according to company’s strategies and plans
  • Build relationships
  • Drive sales growth through end-user visits in cooperation with partner distributors
  • Create and implement strategic aftermarket programs
  • Develop and conduct product demonstrations
  • Close the deals

• Monitor and evaluate the activities and product offerings of the competition
• Develop a territory business plan, prepare sales targets and budget
• Provide a monthly sales report
• Other duties assigned by the superior

• 5 -10 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably from mining or off-highway equipment
• Good technical background in heavy duty vehicle aftermarket (understand customer behaviour and end-user needs)
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales and meeting profitability and budget goals
• Experience in mining / construction aftermarket business is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude with commitment to excellent customer service
• Eager to try new sales methods and technologies
• Willingness to travel
• Language skills: fluent Spanish and English

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
