We are looking for our Area Manager – Saudi Arabia to lead and develop our retail business across the Kingdom, driving sales performance and operational excellence while delivering an exceptional client experience, maintaining high visual merchandising standards, and building, motivating, and developing high-performing Store Managers and teams to achieve sustainable business growth..

Requirements

Main Accountabilities

Business Performance & Sales

• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy and action plans to achieve company objectives.
• Drive sales performance across all boutiques and ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
• Analyze sales reports and business data to identify opportunities and define effective action plans.
• Set clear business objectives and priorities for store managers and regularly follow up on performance.
• Develop sales forecasts and strategic plans to support business growth, product launches, and profitability.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify opportunities and initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
• Propose events, activations, and incentives to grow the customer base, with a strong focus on developing the local market.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, customer behavior, and business opportunities across the region.
• Provide regular market analysis and business reports, including market potential, demand evolution, competition, and customer feedback.

Operations

• Ensure operational excellence and consistent execution of company policies and procedures across all boutiques.
• Ensure proper maintenance, presentation, and organization of all boutiques.
• Oversee delivery processes and ensure products are received and handled correctly and on time.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and implement appropriate actions to minimize stock discrepancies.
• Conduct regular boutique visits to review performance, operations, and overall brand standards.
• Ensure all boutiques consistently maintain APM Monaco’s operational standards.

Merchandising and Visual

• Ensure all merchandising guidelines and directives are properly implemented across the boutiques.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure sales areas are always organized and presented in line with APM Monaco’s brand image.
• Work closely with store managers to ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising strategies.
• Identify product or merchandising issues and report them promptly to the relevant teams.
• Ensure new collections and product launches are implemented according to brand guidelines and timelines.

Client Experience and Development

• Ensure all boutiques consistently deliver the highest level of customer service.
• Drive a client-centric culture across the region and ensure teams actively develop long-term client relationships.
• Support store managers in developing their local client base and strengthening client retention.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and increase customer loyalty.
• Support the execution of VIP events, collection previews, and other client-focused initiatives.

Team Management & Development

• Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing retail teams in partnership with the HR team.
• Ensure all positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified and suitable talent.
• Lead, coach, and develop store managers, setting clear expectations and performance objectives.
• Support, implement, and follow up on all training programs and workshops.
• Continuously evaluate individual and team performance and provide regular, constructive feedback.
• Identify development opportunities and support succession planning for key retail positions.
• Build a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture across the boutiques.
• Resolve employee-related matters quickly and effectively in partnership with the HR team when necessary.
• Lead by example and demonstrate passion for APM Monaco, our products, values, and client experience.

Skills and Traits:

• You love APM Monaco and have a strong passion for fashion, jewelry, and retail.
• You are agile, hands-on, commercially driven, and passionate about your role.
• You have at least 5 years of experience within dynamic and international retail brands, including at least 2 years in a similar multi-store management position.
• You have a proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve commercial targets.
• You are comfortable analyzing sales reports, KPIs, and business data and can respond quickly with effective action plans.
• You have strong leadership and people-development capabilities.
• You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• You have a strong understanding of customer experience and luxury retail standards.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
