Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while also utilizing your in-depth product knowledge to design effective resolutions for client challenges. Your role is essential in maintaining the integrity and performance of our systems, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware WebLogic Server Admin.
- Strong understanding of application support and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience with system performance monitoring and optimization.
- Familiarity with incident management and resolution processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware WebLogic Server Admin.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
