Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify root causes of complex system issues and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical incidents efficiently.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neo4j.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to graph database management and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of database architecture and query optimization techniques.
- Ability to analyze system logs and metrics to identify anomalies and potential failures.
- Familiarity with integration of Neo4j with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Skilled in scripting and automation to streamline support processes and improve response times.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Neo4j.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
