Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system stability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on system support priorities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Configuration Database & CI Management.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues effectively.
- Experience with configuration management tools and maintaining accurate configuration items.
- Ability to document and track system changes and incidents systematically.
- Familiarity with IT service management processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Configuration Database & CI Management.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
