Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and delivering timely solutions to maintain seamless business operations. The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to ensure system stability and performance, contributing to the overall efficiency of critical business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document findings and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on problem-solving techniques.
- Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong experience in debugging and troubleshooting SAP applications to identify root causes of issues.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to optimize application behavior.
- Familiarity with database concepts and integration of SAP ABAP with HANA database.
- Experience in developing and maintaining custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within SAP environments.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
