Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing, building, and configuring applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to team members, making your role crucial in driving project success and fostering a collaborative environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies. - Experience with application development and integration. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
