IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As our application development manager, you need to act as both Application Development Manager and Technical Service for the development of key client , especially now to drive a great growth momentum to grow new applications.  In addition, this new position will increase on-site development coverage in the top key splits in more than 10 molders.  

Your key responsibilities will be:

1. ADM window for strategic customers in China and Global. Identify the technical needs of customers, prepare and coordinate technical tools based on scientific study and best practice to deliver core values on pipeline creation, validation and commercialization. Nice communication skills (20%)
2. Internal ADTS window to convert CTQs (both MPD, in region Tooling/MD/Q and molders) into our solutions development directions and guide R&D to the right direction like FEL, new product development and implement with great teamwork (20%)
3. Provide on-site technical development with Envalior materials to address customers’ needs either from design, material, Tooling, processing, post-molding, 2nd process, testing tracking and etc. Create high quality reports to summarize the trials findings, propose effective plan, drive projects from validation to pass the whole process evaluation till final mass production. Commit to grow new pipelines. (40%)
4. Organize, investigate, document and resolve customer technical complaints from quality or process variation improvement in a timely fashion. Persuade and implement corrective actions to maintain and improve product performance. (10%)
5. Open mind, quickly study and build application know-how of new applications development majorly in E&E industry. (10%)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in polymer science, material engineering or similar majority, with more than 10 years working experiences as a technical role, specialized to develop global key OEM in consumer electronics is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering plastics (PA,PBT,PET and etc...)
• Master process expertise (Tooling, NMT, Injection Molding and 2nd process like CNC, ANO, welding, testing…) , know-how build and implement
• Quality control, troubleshooting skills and experience
• Good knowledge of E&E industry especially smart devices, markets and applications development
• Proficient English communication skills in a global working environment.
