As an Analytics Practitioner, a typical day involves developing valuable business insights through the application of predictive statistical modeling. This position demands a thoughtful approach to interpreting complex data sets and transforming them into actionable strategies that support organizational goals and drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve team workflows to enhance productivity and quality of deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful insights.
- Experience in designing and implementing data models that support business intelligence and analytics.
- Familiarity with database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and scalable approaches.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
